How To Measure Your Breasts
Three measurements.
Two minutes. That’s all we need.
These three simple chest measurements help us understand your breast size. Take them carefully — accuracy is what makes them useful.
Under the bust
Wrap the tape around your chest directly under your breasts (the inframammary fold) and around your back. Keep it level all the way around — flat against the skin, never digging in. This is your band size.
EVEBRA is suitable for band sizes 30″ and up
If your band size below your breasts is less than 30 inches, please email us at info@evebra.com.
At the fullest point
Standing upright, wrap the tape around your chest at nipple level — the fullest part of your breasts — and straight around your back at the same height.
Bending forward
Bend over at the waist into an “L” shape so gravity draws your breasts toward the floor. Measure again at the fullest part of your breasts while holding this position.
How to measure accurately
Snug, never tight
The tape should make gentle contact with your skin all the way around — not compressing the tissue, and not hanging loose.
Keep it level
The tape should sit at the same height all the way around your body — straight across your back, not drooping. A mirror (or a second set of hands) makes this easy.
Breathe consistently
Take a deep breath, begin exhaling, and take the measurement at the halfway point. This keeps the same amount of air in your lungs for all three readings.
Measure twice
If two readings of the same measurement differ, re-check the tape position and take it once more. Small errors add up.
Working out your standard cup size
The standard method of measuring your breast cup size:
- Measure your chest circumference under the arms. This determines your band size.
- Measure your chest circumference again at the level of the nipples. The difference in inches between the two measurements is your cup size.
For example
A band size of 34 inches and a nipple-level circumference of 36 inches: 36 − 34 = 2 inches, which is a B cup. Your standard bra size would be a 34B.
Estimating your breast volume
Based on the bra cup measured above, you can determine your current breast volume from the chart.
Estimating your result
- Immediately after removing EVEBRA, determine your maximal expansion volume using your measurement and the chart.
- Your final augmentation is expected to be about 2/3 of that volume.
This method only provides an approximate estimation. Individual results vary based on many factors that can never be fully controlled.
